Rochester, NY has been producing some of the wildest bands in all of rock-n-roll for decades. Containing both members of earlier Tetryon Tapes release DANNY'S FAVORITES, THE SHINE really gives them a change to show their chops. THE SHINE is some sort of amalgamation of retro rock-n-roll, power-pop, frat rock, garage rock, it's got a bit of everything. Possibly the tightest band I have seen in years and this recording sounds truly timeless.
